The best review of Allard’s Lounge is reflected in its popularity. The exquisite designs of Simon Bartlett, Interiors, coupled with the traditional cabinet making skills of Glenn Cullen (joinery shop manager), creates a lavish environment to be enjoyed by everyone who visits.
Working closely with the main contractor, Paragon Interiors we were heavily involved in the design and development of the joinery items for Here East (formerly the Broadcast Centre on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park).
The 6 month project involved designing, manufacturing and fitting joinery in the auditorium, multiple robotic research areas, laboratories, lecture theatres and break out areas. The mezzanine, tiered seating and complex large scale fixed joinery items provide the focus for UCLs robotics research technologies.

Brought to life by Simon Bartlett Interiors, the vibrant and colourful bar is situated in the Newcastle Quayside area.
The colour and décor of the bar reflects the playfulness of the venue and the feature bar provides a creative space for some 300+ spirits from around the world. The exquisite joinery was produced by Glenn Cullen (now Joinery Manager) who collaborated with Simon throughout the project to bring his unique ideas to reality.

Simon Bartlett Interiors transformed the former children’s soft play area into an eight lane bespoke bowling alley in Seaton Carew, Hartlepool.
Work on the development started in November 2016 and was completed by Easter 2017.
On behalf of Rubicon Pastimes we manufactured the bar and reception areas in a superb mix of woods and colours that creates an exciting and energised atmosphere making the bowling alley the hub of family life in Seaton Carew.
Located in Cramlington, Newcastle upon Tyne, the project involved the conversion of a former retail unit into a bar and restaurant. We were appointed main contractor, working alongside the designer Simon Bartlett Interiors.
The project involved a considerable amount of structural alteration to create mezzanine floors for fixed seating and entertainment areas. Every element of the interior was new and design features included floor to ceiling back bars with exposed brickwork and feature lighting to create a modern twist on the 1920s Chicago theme.
A refurbishment of the Gosforth Golf Club locker rooms. A comprehensive refit to bring the spaces up to date with a stylish and practical area for the members.
The interior design was carried out by Simon Bartlet Interiors and blends seamlessly with the rest of the clubs aesthetics and high quality finishes.
